The nautical services company MaksyBoats offers its clients the possibility of renting boats without a license in Mallorca.

We operate from our main base in Port de Sóller, an idyllic location in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We also offer boat hire without a license in other locations on the island, such as Port d’Andratx, Port de Pollença, Palma de Mallorca and others.

Our license-free boats, like our popular Rib Tarpon 470 Luxe, which is almost 5 meters in length, are equipped with a 15 HP outboard motor. This engine, together with the lightness of our boats, allows us to reach a maximum speed of 12-18 knots.

Our boats are very safe, thanks to their excellent stability, great maneuverability and small draft.

Piloting our boats without a license is very simple. Anyone can do it! Before setting sail from Port de Sóller, our staff performs a short tutorial on the handling of the boat, safety measures on board, such as the life jacket, and other aspects to take into account.

We also explain the best places to visit, such as coves, sea caves and other places of great natural beauty. Departing from Port de Sóller, we have 2 main routes: sailing north towards the popular Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis, or south towards the emblematic Sa Foradada, a large rocky promontory with a characteristic hole , from where it gets its name.

How much does it cost to rent a boat without a license in Mallorca?

Renting a boat without a license is one of the cheapest ways to enjoy a sailing day in Mallorca. The prices of our boats without a license range from € 200 a day for the cheapest boat (in low season), to around € 250 a day in season. We also offer boat rental for half a day, I feel the cheapest price of € 140 for half a day in low season.
