Frequently Asked Questions
I've never driven a boat, is it difficult?
It's very simple, everyone can do it. Before leaving the port, we explain you how to operate the boat. In a few minutes you will be enjoying the sun and the sea breeze on your face!
What boats can I rent without a license?
You can rent boats with a maximum of 5 meters in length, and an engine with a maximum power of 15 HP.
Can I try the boat before I rent?
You can perform a test with boats that do not require license. The customer is allowed to navigate for 10 minutes inside the port to test the boat. If you are not satisfied, you can return to the port and we will refund the rental amount.
Do the boats have insurance?
All boats have full insurance with franchise. For this reason the client is required to pay a deposit at the time of leaving with the boat. The deposit is returned upon return of the boat to port without damage and with all the material originally delivered. The amount of the franchise is different depending on the boat. Please, refer to the conditions in chosen boat detail page. On skippered boats no deposit is required.
Is the fuel included in the rental price?
Unless otherwise indicated, for rental boats the fuel is not included in the rental price. You pay for the fuel used when returning to the port. In any case, it depends on the boat, please check the description of the boat chosen for more information.
Is VAT included in the rental price?
It will depend on the rental conditions of the boat that VAT is included or not in price, please check the description of the boat.
We rented a simple little boat. There were 4 of us. It worked. We got a great intro, everything efficient, great service, friendly and absolutely no sense we were getting ripped off as can happen in this industry. 100% positive recommendation. Would go back tomorrow.
We rented an 8 person boat without a license for 4 adults and 4 children and had an amazing 4 hours exploring the coast and snorkelling in turquoise coves. Pavlo was super nice to deal with encouraged everyone to "relax and enjoy".
