Payment terms and general conditions

- In order to proceed with the reservation, 50% of the total price will be paid, if payment is not made reservation, Falcao Uno will have the right to cancel the request.
- The second part of the payment must be made 15 days before boarding.
- If the second payment is not made, the event will not proceed, the initial payment will not be returned as compensation.
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the charter contract, which must be signed and sent by e-mail

- During check-in we will proceed with the security deposit of €2,000 via credit card. The deposit will be returned to the client, as long as no damage has been caused to the boat.
- If an “option” is not confirmed by payment, it will be canceled or automatically moved to the queue. options for that specific date.
- It is not allowed to bring your own food and drink on board.
- Plastic mattresses and inflatables and any type of only use plastic are prohibited on board.
- Prior to boarding, a list of all passengers and their registration document number is required identity or passport.
- Towel service included. One towel per passenger.

Cancellation Policy

- If the event is canceled due to breakdowns and force majeure, the amounts paid by the client so far will be returned.
- If canceled due to weather conditions (a cloudy day does not imply cancellation), an alternative day will be found if possible.
- If it is canceled by the client, the following percentages of the initially agreed price/amount will be penalized, cancellation:
· More than 1 month in advance of the boarding date: 25%
· More than 15 days and less than 30 days before the boarding date: 50%
· Less than 15 days prior to the boarding date: 100%.
· Each extra service (ex. catering, DJ, Watersports, etc.) has its own cancellation policy and we are not responsible for their procedures.
