Payment terms and general conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

- In order to proceed with the reservation, 50% of the total price will be paid, if payment is not made reservation, Falcao Uno will have the right to cancel the request.
\n- The second part of the payment must be made 15 days before boarding.
\n- If the second payment is not made, the event will not proceed, the initial payment will not be returned as compensation.
\n- Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the charter contract, which must be signed and sent by e-mail<\/p>\n

- During check-in we will proceed with the security deposit of \u20ac2,000 via credit card. The deposit will be returned to the client, as long as no damage has been caused to the boat.
\n- If an \u201coption\u201d is not confirmed by payment, it will be canceled or automatically moved to the queue. options for that specific date.
\n- It is not allowed to bring your own food and drink on board.
\n- Plastic mattresses and inflatables and any type of only use plastic are prohibited on board.
\n- Prior to boarding, a list of all passengers and their registration document number is required identity or passport.
\n- Towel service included. One towel per passenger.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

- If the event is canceled due to breakdowns and force majeure, the amounts paid by the client so far will be returned.
\n- If canceled due to weather conditions (a cloudy day does not imply cancellation), an alternative day will be found if possible.
\n- If it is canceled by the client, the following percentages of the initially agreed price\/amount will be penalized, cancellation:
\n\u00b7 More than 1 month in advance of the boarding date: 25%
\n\u00b7 More than 15 days and less than 30 days before the boarding date: 50%
\n\u00b7 Less than 15 days prior to the boarding date: 100%.
\n\u00b7 Each extra service (ex. catering, DJ, Watersports, etc.) has its own cancellation policy and we are not responsible for their procedures.<\/p>\n
